1. Output off
2. Open circuit (EB25)
SYMPTOM:
1. Preheating not functioning.
2. White smoke during cold starts.
3. Difficult to start in extreme cold.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Defective fuse for feed voltage to relay.
2. Open circuit on cable between E-ECU and relay.
3. Open circuit in relay.
4. Open circuit on feed cable to relay.
