Circuit description
The control module provides the following sensors with 5V supply voltage
A43: Fan speed sensor

Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC)
The voltage at pin A14.EA:1 is more than 5.5 V

Probable cause
1) Wiring harness
2) Connector
3) Fan speed sensor
4) Engine control module (ECM)
