VOLVOUU All Engines (2017 Emissions) Fault Code: P018200 PID: EMS Fuel Temperature Sensor “A” Circuit Low

The Engine Control Module (ECM) monitors the voltage drop across the sensor and uses this signal to warn the driver and derate the engine to avoid engine damage if the signal is not within programmed limits.

Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC):
1) The voltage at pin A14.EB:32 is below normal value

Observable symptoms
1) None

Probable cause
1) Temperature Sensor
2) Short circuit to ground, Signal wire
3) Engine control module (ECM)
