PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Inspect all connections upstream of the MCM – DPF outlet pressure sensor, ATD harness 10-pin connector, VIH 31-pin connetor, and MCM 120-pin connector.
2. DPF outlet pressure sensor.
3. DPF outlet pressure sensor tube.
4. Perform stationary regen.
5. Inspect DPF for oil, soot, or coolant contamination.
